Job Description
Classic Limousine & Transportation is seeking a highly professional and experienced Charter Limo Driver with a dedicated focus on long-distance trips. This vital role involves providing safe, comfortable, and luxurious transportation for our discerning clients across Nebraska and neighboring states. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional driving skills, impeccable customer service, a strong understanding of route planning for extended journeys, and a commitment to maintaining our high standards of excellence. You will be an ambassador for our brand, ensuring every long-distance journey is seamless and stress-free for our passengers.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients over long distances, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of luxury vehicles to ensure optimal performance, safety, and cleanliness.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and client privacy guidelines.
- Provide premium customer service, including assisting clients with luggage, opening doors, and accommodating reasonable requests.
- Plan and optimize routes for long-distance travel, considering traffic, road conditions, and client preferences, utilizing GPS and mapping software effectively.
- Maintain detailed trip logs and complete all necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Represent Classic Limousine & Transportation with the highest level of professionalism and decorum at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid Nebraska Class O (Operator) driver's license with a consistently clean driving record for a minimum of 5 years.
- Proven experience in professional driving, preferably with a focus on long-distance routes or chauffeur services.
- Exceptional navigation skills and spatial awareness, including proficiency with GPS and mapping applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with diverse clientele.
- Impeccable personal presentation and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a professional chauffeur or luxury vehicle driver with a focus on long-haul trips.
- Extensive knowledge of Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, and other regional routes and major highways.
- Customer service training or certification.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle operations and basic maintenance checks.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
