Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist qualified Beauty Therapists with various treatments and client preparation.
- Learn and master a wide range of beauty treatments, including facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, and waxing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment area and spa environment.
- Greet clients warmly, prepare them for treatments, and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.
- Develop a strong understanding of our product lines and be able to recommend suitable products to clients.
- Handle spa reception duties, including booking appointments and processing payments, as required.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Actively participate in all training sessions and continuous professional development opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable and relaxing experience for all guests.
