Job Description
Aramark is seeking enthusiastic and responsible 14-year-old teens to join our Concession Stand Crew for various sports and stadium events in Roseville, California. This is an excellent opportunity for young individuals to gain valuable work experience in a dynamic and fun environment. You will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to our guests, handling food and beverage sales, and ensuring a clean and welcoming concession area during exciting events.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash and card transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Serve food and beverages, ensuring proper portioning and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession stand and surrounding areas.
- Stock inventory, ensuring products are readily available for sale.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of concession stands before and after events.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Address guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Must be 14 years old at the time of application.
