Key Responsibilities
- Operate electric pallet jacks to move, stack, and retrieve products and materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trailers, ensuring accurate product placement and safety.
- Perform daily safety checks on equipment and report any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company standards.
- Assist with inventory management tasks and package sorting as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Required Skills
- Ability to learn and operate a pallet jack safely and efficiently (comprehensive training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry objects up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations or a strong willingness to learn new skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team success.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment (not required, but a plus).
- Familiarity with basic inventory management concepts.
