Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented WFH Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. This 100% remote role is crucial for identifying, engaging, and nurturing top-tier talent for various client projects within Teleperformance. You will play a pivotal role in the initial stages of the recruitment lifecycle, leveraging various sourcing channels to build robust candidate pipelines. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, identify, and attract candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and talent needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and sourcing.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar professional networking platforms.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate databases (e.g., Workday, Taleo).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in a recruitment resourcer, sourcer, or talent acquisition assistant role.
  • Experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with passive candidate sourcing techniques and tools.
