Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented WFH Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. This 100% remote role is crucial for identifying, engaging, and nurturing top-tier talent for various client projects within Teleperformance. You will play a pivotal role in the initial stages of the recruitment lifecycle, leveraging various sourcing channels to build robust candidate pipelines. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source, identify, and attract candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and talent needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist with scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and sourcing.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar professional networking platforms.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate databases (e.g., Workday, Taleo).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in a recruitment resourcer, sourcer, or talent acquisition assistant role.
- Experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment.
- Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with passive candidate sourcing techniques and tools.
