Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Professional Livery Operator with a high-precision focus to join our elite team in Davenport, IA. Key Responsibilities
- Operate luxury vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Ensure timely arrival and departure for all scheduled appointments, meticulously planning routes to avoid delays.
- Maintain the pristine condition of assigned vehicles, including regular cleaning and reporting maintenance needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating client needs and ensuring a comfortable and respectful environment.
- Exercise utmost discretion and confidentiality regarding client information and travel details.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the company with integrity.
- Assist clients with luggage and provide courteous assistance as needed.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and other operational data.
- Stay updated on local traffic patterns, road conditions, and alternative routes.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of professional chauffeuring or livery experience.
- Impeccable driving record with no major violations.
- Exceptional knowledge of the Davenport, IA metropolitan area and surrounding regions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proven ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
