Job Description

Publicis Sapient is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pinterest Operations Aide to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, open to candidates across all regions, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. As an Operations Aide, you will play a crucial role in supporting our digital marketing and content teams, specifically in managing and optimizing our clients’ presence on Pinterest. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth content operations, assisting with community engagement, and contributing to the overall success of our Pinterest strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the scheduling, uploading, and publishing of various content types (pins, idea pins, product pins) on the Pinterest platform.
  • Monitor Pinterest trends, user activity, and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Provide support for community management activities, including responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Compile and organize data for regular performance reports, tracking key metrics such as impressions, clicks, saves, and conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with content creators, social media managers, and marketing strategists to ensure alignment of Pinterest activities with broader campaign goals.
  • Conduct basic research on competitor Pinterest strategies and industry best practices.
  • Ensure all content and activities adhere to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and Pinterest platform policies.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support efficient team operations.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written communication skills for engaging with online communities and internal teams.
  • Demonstrable familiarity with the Pinterest platform as a user or content creator.
  • Basic understanding of social media marketing principles and strategies.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior internship, volunteer, or professional experience (even minimal) in social media management, digital marketing, or administrative support.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Tailwind, Pinterest Analytics).
  • A creative mindset with an interest in visual content and design.
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies quickly.
