Job Description

This entry-level position is designed for individuals with a strong aptitude for learning and a commitment to safety, offering comprehensive technical training to develop expertise in well testing operations. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to critical data collection and analysis that informs our clients’ production strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior well testing personnel with the setup, operation, and maintenance of well testing equipment on various job sites.
- Monitor well testing parameters, collect accurate data, and record observations in logbooks and digital systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration checks on instruments and tools.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Participate in pre-job planning and post-job demobilization activities.
- Learn and apply fundamental well testing principles, data interpretation, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and client representatives on site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including equipment and vehicles.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical concepts.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Physical fitness to perform duties in demanding outdoor and industrial environments (e.g., lifting heavy equipment, working in various weather conditions).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree or technical certificate in a related field (e.g., Petroleum Technology, Engineering Technology, Industrial Maintenance).
- Previous experience in a field-based or industrial setting.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Basic knowledge of oil and gas operations.
