Job Description

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our employees, providing exceptional technical support and ensuring their systems run smoothly. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat for internal employees.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.
  • Document all support interactions, resolutions, and follow-up activities accurately.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate senior support teams when necessary.
  • Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Ensure timely resolution of all reported incidents and requests, meeting established SLAs.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a technical support role (minimum 1 year).
  • Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Experience with enterprise-level applications (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
  • Basic understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS).
  • Previous experience supporting a global workforce.
