Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to McDonald's standards and recipes.
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and reporting shortages.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly with fellow crew members and management.
- Perform closing duties such as cleaning equipment, securing the premises, and preparing for the next shift.
Required Skills
- Ability to work late evening and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
