Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general upkeep and cleanliness of the site, including common areas, break rooms, and restrooms.
- Assist with sorting, organizing, and moving materials as directed.
- Support site management with various operational tasks and special projects.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Operate basic equipment safely and efficiently after training (e.g., pallet jacks, cleaning equipment).
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and carry items up to 25-50 lbs regularly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Excellent time management skills and punctuality.
- Must be at least 18 years old.

- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or facilities support role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
