Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Virtual Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic HR Technology team. This fully remote position is perfect for an individual passionate about facilitating a seamless and positive experience for new clients as they integrate with our cutting-edge HR platforms. You will guide clients through the initial setup, training, and configuration phases, ensuring successful adoption and satisfaction. This role offers flexible daytime hours, allowing for a great work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during their onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth transition to ADP's HR technology platforms.
- Conduct virtual training sessions and demonstrations to educate clients on system functionalities and best practices.
- Assist clients with data migration, system configuration, and setup of user roles and permissions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve initial technical and functional inquiries, escalating complex issues to appropriate internal teams.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation, guides, and training materials.
- Collaborate with sales, implementation, and support teams to optimize the client onboarding process.
- Proactively identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize product adoption and satisfaction.
- Monitor and track onboarding progress, ensuring milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to.
- Gather client feedback to contribute to continuous improvement of products and services.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, client support, or a related role, preferably in a virtual environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and CRM software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS), Payroll, or other HR technology platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a training or instructional role.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
