Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately transcribe audio files into text, adhering to specific guidelines and quality standards.
- Identify and annotate various linguistic phenomena, including speaker changes, non-speech events, and difficult-to-understand segments.
- Review and correct existing transcriptions for accuracy, grammar, and punctuation.
- Provide constructive feedback on transcription tools and guidelines to improve efficiency and quality.
- Manage time effectively to meet daily transcription quotas and deadlines.
- Maintain data confidentiality and security protocols at all times.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve transcription skills and understanding of AI model requirements.
Required Skills
- Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Strong listening skills and acute attention to detail.
- Ability to concentrate for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Comfortable working with digital audio files and online transcription tools.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with various accents and dialects of English.
- Previous experience with transcription software or data entry is a plus, but not required.
- Interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or linguistics.
