Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Seasonal Agri-Workers to join our farming operations in Chichester, West Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the agricultural sector, with full visa documentation support provided for eligible international applicants. You will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the planting, cultivation, and harvesting of various crops, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality. The role is physically demanding and primarily outdoors, requiring dedication and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities
- Perform various manual tasks related to crop production, including planting, weeding, thinning, and harvesting.
- Operate basic farm machinery and equipment under supervision, as required.
- Pack and prepare harvested produce for transport, adhering to quality and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas and farm facilities.
