Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers warmly, managing reservations and walk-ins efficiently.
- Present menus, answer questions about dishes and beverages, and offer recommendations.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using our POS system and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Anticipate customer needs and respond to inquiries or concerns with a positive attitude.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with setting up and closing down the restaurant, ensuring all tasks are completed to standard.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
