Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a WFH Google Order Processor. This is a crucial remote role focused on efficiently processing customer orders placed through Google platforms and integrating them into our retail system. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, speed, and clear communication within a fast-paced retail environment, all from the comfort of your home office. This position requires exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving to maintain our high standards of service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming customer orders from Google platforms accurately and promptly.
- Verify order details, product availability, and customer information.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., inventory, dispatch) to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Update order statuses and track progress within the company's retail management system.
- Address and resolve order-related discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain clear and concise records of all processed orders and communications.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for order processing workflows.
- Adhere to all company policies and data protection regulations.
