Job Description

Google is seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Office Aide to join our team in Arlington, Virginia. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution.
  • Maintain office common areas, ensuring they are tidy and well-stocked.
  • Assist with inventory management of office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Provide basic administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Help organize and set up meeting rooms for internal events and presentations.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or departments.
  • Assist with light facility management tasks, reporting maintenance issues.
  • Support various teams with ad-hoc requests and projects as assigned.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) or similar office software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (even volunteer or part-time).
