Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic WFH Customer Care Specialist with a strong focus on retail and delivery services to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, assisting them with inquiries related to online orders, in-store availability, delivery status, product information, and general retail support. This position requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences from the comfort of your home. This is a 100% remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding retail products, orders, and delivery services.
- Provide accurate information on product availability, pricing, promotions, and store locations.
- Assist guests with placing orders, managing existing orders, and processing returns/exchanges.
- Track and resolve delivery issues, coordinating with logistics partners when necessary.
- Troubleshoot common guest concerns and provide effective solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Document all guest interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and service updates, especially those related to retail and delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Required Skills
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with diverse guest needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Previous experience in a remote customer service role.
- Understanding of retail operations and delivery logistics.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
