As a Tasker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality lawn care services, ensuring our clients’ lawns are perfectly manicured and edged to Green Thumb’s exacting standards. Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular lawn mowing services using appropriate equipment.
- Ensure precise and neat edging of lawns, pathways, and flower beds.
- Clear grass clippings and debris, leaving properties tidy and spotless.
- Inspect lawns for any issues and report findings to clients or Green Thumb management.
- Maintain equipment in good working order and ensure safe operation.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
- Adhere to Green Thumb's quality standards and health & safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- Ability to operate lawn mowers, trimmers, and edgers safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliability and punctuality for scheduled appointments.
- Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in lawn care, gardening, or landscaping.
- Possession of own reliable lawn care equipment (mower, trimmer, edger).
- Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle for transporting equipment.
- Knowledge of basic lawn health and maintenance practices.
