Job Description

In this vital role, you will be the direct link between our clients and their customers, providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive brand experience. You will work with leading global brands, learning their products and services inside out to deliver world-class customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer questions and concerns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to established guidelines, policies, and procedures for customer interaction.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and service delivery skills.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a client-facing role.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

- Experience working with diverse customer populations.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is a plus.
