Job Description
Join D&D London as a Restaurant Associate within our exclusive Corporate Partner Program, based in our vibrant Shoreditch location. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual passionate about hospitality, looking to deliver exceptional service to our valued corporate clients and all guests. You will be an integral part of our front-of-house team, ensuring every dining experience meets the high standards D&D London is known for, with a special focus on managing and enhancing relationships within our corporate network.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, managing reservations with a particular emphasis on corporate bookings.
- Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve meals and drinks efficiently.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, daily specials, and beverage pairings.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring tables are set correctly.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and adhere to cash handling procedures.
- Assist with the setup and service for private corporate events and functions.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Support the Corporate Partner Program by understanding specific client needs and preferences.
- Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
