Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Night Fill Picker to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent. This crucial role ensures that our supermarket shelves are fully stocked and presented perfectly for our customers each morning. Working during night hours, you will be responsible for accurately picking, moving, and placing products, maintaining store standards, and contributing to an efficient and tidy shopping environment. This position offers high night pay in recognition of your commitment to working overnight.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and move products from the stockroom to the shop floor.
- Replenish shelves, ensuring products are correctly priced and rotated.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.
- Operate manual handling equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet trucks).
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily stocking targets.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and store procedures.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively during night hours.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move stock.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of retail operations (preferred but not essential).
