Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Liaison with a strong focus on healthcare marketing to join our team in Wesley Chapel. This critical role involves building and nurturing relationships with referring physicians, hospitals, and community organizations to ensure seamless transitions of care and to promote our specialized services. The ideal candidate will leverage their clinical expertise and marketing acumen to represent HCA Florida Healthcare effectively, educate external partners about our capabilities, and contribute to the strategic growth of our patient network. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Act as a primary point of contact for external healthcare providers, facilitating patient transfers and admissions.
- Educate referral sources on the scope, quality, and differentiators of HCA Florida Healthcare's services and programs.
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct presentations and informational sessions for community groups and professional organizations.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to internal marketing and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with internal clinical and admissions teams to ensure a smooth patient intake process.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on liaison activities, referral trends, and market insights.
- Participate in community outreach events and health fairs.
Required Skills
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Proven experience in a healthcare liaison, admissions, or marketing role.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, referral processes, and patient care coordination.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field.
- Experience with CRM software and healthcare marketing analytics.
- Prior experience in business development or sales within the healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of the local healthcare market in Pasco County and surrounding areas.
