Job Description

Are you passionate about technology and eager to learn the ins and outs of Apple products? Apple Inc. is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Apple Genius (Trainee). In this entry-level role, you will receive comprehensive technical repair training, equipping you with the skills to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of Apple devices. Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in comprehensive training programs to learn Apple product diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair procedures.
  • Shadow experienced Apple Geniuses to observe best practices in customer interaction and technical service.
  • Assist customers with basic inquiries, product setup, and minor technical issues under supervision.
  • Perform hands-on repairs of Apple products (e.g., iPhones, iPads, Macs) after completing training and certification.
  • Document customer interactions and repair processes accurately using Apple's internal systems.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment in the Genius Bar area.
  • Stay current with new Apple products, services, and technical updates.
  • Adhere to Apple's high standards of customer service and technical excellence.
