Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Residential Harvest Assistants to join our team for the summer season in Dundee. This temporary role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the agricultural sector, specifically in soft fruit harvesting. Accommodation is provided on-site for the duration of your contract, ensuring a comfortable and convenient living arrangement. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our berries are picked efficiently and to the highest quality standards, contributing directly to the success of our harvest. Key Responsibilities
- Carefully pick and pack soft fruits (e.g., strawberries, raspberries, blueberries) according to quality guidelines.
- Ensure fruit is handled gently to prevent bruising or damage.
- Work efficiently to meet daily picking targets.
- Maintain a clean and organised picking area.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations on the farm.
- Communicate effectively with team leaders and fellow pickers.
- Assist with other general farm duties as required, particularly during peak harvest times.

- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, bend, and lift light loads.
