Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our busy fast-food restaurant team in Clifton, Bristol. This is an immediate opening for a full-time position. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations, ensuring our team can deliver excellent service quickly and safely. Key Responsibilities
- Perform dishwashing duties, including pots, pans, plates, and cutlery, using automated dishwashers and manual methods.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen areas, including floors, work surfaces, and storage rooms.
- Assist with the proper disposal of waste and recycling materials.
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed, such as peeling vegetables or sorting ingredients.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, stored correctly, and ready for use.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns regarding kitchen equipment to the management.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient working environment.
Required Skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and demanding kitchen environment.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or fast-food environment.
- A valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 1 or equivalent).
- Experience with commercial dishwashing equipment.
