Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately through the drive-thru system.
- Process customer payments quickly and efficiently using cash registers and POS systems.

- Hand out orders to customers in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized drive-thru window and surrounding work area.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow and timely fulfillment.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting colleagues as needed.
