Job Description
As a Remote Inbox Handler at HubSpot, you will be a vital part of our customer communication strategy. This is a 100% remote position dedicated exclusively to written communication. You will manage various email inboxes and communication channels, ensuring seamless and professional interactions with our customers and internal teams. Your primary responsibilities will include drafting clear, concise, and grammatically correct responses, routing inquiries to the appropriate departments, and maintaining meticulous records of all communications. Success in this role hinges on your exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage multiple email inboxes and other text-based communication platforms.
- Draft and send professional, accurate, and grammatically correct written responses to inquiries.
- Categorize, prioritize, and efficiently route messages to the relevant internal teams or individuals.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all customer interactions and actions taken.
- Collaborate effectively with remote team members using internal chat and project management tools.
