Job Description
Are you looking for an immediate start in a dynamic and supportive environment? Two Men and a Truck in Buffalo, NY is hiring Mover / General Labourers! This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with no prior experience, including students, who are eager to learn, work hard, and be part of a great team. You’ll be responsible for safely and efficiently moving household goods, ensuring customer satisfaction with every move. We provide all necessary training and equipment. If you’re physically fit, reliable, and have a positive attitude, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload furniture and household goods onto and off moving trucks.
- Wrap and protect furniture to prevent damage during transit.
- Disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the moving process.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete moves on time.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of moving equipment and trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 75 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
- Punctuality and commitment to assigned shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
