Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through proactive engagement and needs-based conversations.
- Identify client financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services, including checking, savings, credit cards, loans, and investment referrals.
- Process client transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to all bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Educate clients on digital banking tools and services to enhance their banking experience.
- Collaborate with specialists to provide comprehensive financial planning and advice where appropriate.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals and service metrics, contributing to branch success.
- Ensure compliance with all internal procedures, external regulations, and ethical standards.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Personal Banker or in a similar client-facing financial role (minimum 3 years).
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
- Thorough knowledge of banking products and services, including consumer lending, deposits, and basic investments.
- Proficiency in financial software and digital banking platforms.
- Ability to understand and interpret financial information to provide sound advice.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- FINRA Series 6, Series 7, and/or Series 63 licenses (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).
- Experience with CRM systems for managing client interactions and pipelines.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Vietnamese, etc.) to serve a diverse client base.
