Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Weekend Room Service Attendant to join our exceptional team. This part-time role is perfect for individuals passionate about delivering 5-star service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests in the comfort of their rooms. You will be responsible for taking orders, preparing trays, delivering meals, and ensuring all guest requests are met with efficiency and a friendly demeanor during weekend shifts. This is an on-site position located in our prestigious hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process room service orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and arrange food and beverage items on trays according to 5-star standards.
- Deliver orders to guest rooms promptly and courteously.
- Set up and clear dining areas in guest rooms as requested.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any requests or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of room service stations and equipment.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front desk teams.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Availability to work weekend shifts (mornings, afternoons, and evenings).
- Basic math skills for handling orders and payments.
