Job Description
Are you passionate about health and wellness and have an eagle eye for detail? Life Time is seeking discreet and observant individuals to join our team as a Gym & Wellness Mystery Shopper. In this unique role, you will visit our premium athletic resorts, evaluating various aspects of the member experience, from cleanliness and staff interaction to facility quality and program offerings. Your honest, unbiased feedback will be crucial in helping us maintain and enhance our high standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct unannounced visits to designated Life Time locations, posing as a regular member or prospective member.
- Rigorously evaluate pre-defined service areas, including facility cleanliness, equipment maintenance, staff professionalism, class quality, and overall member experience.
- Interact with staff members (e.g., front desk, personal trainers, class instructors, sales team) as required by the evaluation script.
- Observe and accurately document observations, interactions, and details immediately after each visit.
- Complete detailed, objective, and timely reports using our online platform, providing constructive feedback and specific examples.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding your role and findings.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each mystery shop assignment.
