Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages from company vehicles and trailers.
- Sort packages by destination, ensuring accurate placement.
- Scan packages and document relevant information using handheld devices.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including proper lifting techniques.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., package scanners, pallet jacks if trained).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs unassisted.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong commitment to safety.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or similar physical labor role.
- Familiarity with scanning technology and inventory systems.
