Job Description
Join Executive Transportation as a dedicated Limo Driver and become an essential part of our luxury service team. This is a direct hire position, not through a staffing agency, offering stability and a direct connection to our company values. We are seeking highly professional, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to provide safe and comfortable transportation for our corporate and private clients. You will be responsible for operating luxury vehicles, ensuring timely arrivals, and delivering an exceptional client experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate luxury sedans, SUVs, and limousines for client transportation.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting clients with luggage and ensuring their comfort.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
- Manage time effectively to ensure punctuality for all appointments.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch and clients.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Adapt to changing schedules and client needs with flexibility and a positive attitude.
- Uphold the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality for all clients.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years professional driving experience (taxi, ride-share, delivery, or commercial driving).
- Excellent knowledge of Cincinnati and surrounding areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Ability to lift luggage and assist passengers as needed.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a limousine driver or chauffeur.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle operations and features.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
