Job Description
Join Raymond James Financial as an Executive Support Associate, where you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior executives, ensuring seamless daily operations. This is a critical role requiring exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and a proactive approach. You will be instrumental in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling confidential information. This position offers a dynamic environment with a focus on professional development and career growth within the financial services industry, operating exclusively Monday-Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
- Process expense reports and manage invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or similar database management tools.
