Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Bridal Boutique Fitting Assistant to join our dedicated team. This is a crucial role for someone with a love for fashion, exceptional customer service skills, and a genuine desire to contribute to one of life’s most special moments. As a Fitting Assistant, you will work closely with our bridal consultants to ensure a seamless and magical experience for our brides during their appointments. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting brides in and out of gowns, maintaining the pristine condition of our showroom and dresses, and providing support during fittings. Weekend availability is essential for this role, as our busiest times are Saturdays and Sundays.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist brides with trying on wedding gowns, ensuring a comfortable and supportive experience.
- Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and beautiful presentation of the showroom and fitting rooms.
- Hang, steam, and tag gowns, ensuring they are in immaculate condition for appointments.
- Support bridal consultants during appointments by preparing fitting rooms, retrieving gowns, and providing assistance as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all clients and their guests.
- Ensure all accessories (veils, shoes, etc.) are available and organized for fittings.
- Help manage inventory by accurately recording gown movements and conditions.
- Perform general administrative and operational tasks to support boutique functionality.
- Be available to work reliably on weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
