Job Description

We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our agricultural team as Remote Farm Hands. This unique role combines the flexibility of remote management and coordination with the hands-on experience of working on various farms across our network. While the administrative and reporting aspects of this role may be managed remotely, the core work involves physically contributing to farm operations. We provide comfortable accommodation at the farm sites where you will be working, ensuring a supportive and productive environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general farm duties including planting, harvesting, weeding, and crop maintenance.
  • Assist with animal care, feeding, and welfare as required.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment under supervision (training provided for suitable candidates).
  • Monitor crop health and report any issues to supervisors.
  • Participate in farm infrastructure maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with remote management regarding progress and requirements.
