Job Description
Premier Inn Exeter is seeking a dedicated and reliable Relief Hotel Porter to join our casual roster. This role is perfect for individuals looking for flexible working hours, offering the chance to support our hotel operations during peak times, holidays, and staff cover needs. As a Relief Hotel Porter, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring guests have a comfortable and seamless experience from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage handling upon arrival and departure, ensuring items are safely transported to and from rooms.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and requests with efficiency and a friendly demeanor.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of public areas, including the lobby, corridors, and entrance.
- Support the reception and housekeeping teams with various tasks as needed, contributing to overall hotel operations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the relevant department.
- Ensure security procedures are followed, including monitoring hotel entrances and exits.
- Run errands and deliver items to guest rooms as requested.

- Physical fitness to handle luggage and perform light manual tasks.

- Full clean UK driving license.
