Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Pinterest Growth Lead to join our performance marketing team. This critical role will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our Pinterest advertising strategy to drive significant growth in traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue for Wayfair. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Pinterest platform, a proven track record in performance marketing within an e-commerce environment, and a passion for leveraging visual content to engage and convert customers. You will manage large-scale campaigns, analyze performance data, and continuously experiment with new strategies to maximize ROI and achieve ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Pinterest advertising strategies to achieve e-commerce growth objectives, including customer acquisition, conversion, and ROI.
  • Manage and optimize large-scale Pinterest ad campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring effective budget allocation and performance.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, merchandising, and analytics teams to develop compelling ad creatives and tailor strategies to product categories.
  • Stay abreast of Pinterest's evolving ad products, features, and best practices, continuously experimenting with new approaches.
  • Manage significant advertising budgets, ensuring efficient spend and adherence to financial targets.
  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Identify and implement A/B testing opportunities across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members on Pinterest best practices and performance marketing principles.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Pinterest advertising campaigns for e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of driving significant growth and ROI through performance marketing channels.
  • Expertise in Pinterest Ads Manager, including audience targeting, campaign structures, and various ad formats.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of e-commerce metrics, funnels, and customer lifecycle.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies clearly.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience with other social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution models and incrementality testing.
  • Experience working with creative teams to develop high-performing visual assets.
  • Certification in Pinterest Advertising or related marketing certifications.
