Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and discreet Executive Transport Specialist to provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for our executive clients in Des Moines, IA. This critical role involves ensuring the punctuality, comfort, and security of passengers while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional driving skills, a strong understanding of local geography, and a commitment to impeccable client service. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport executives to and from designated locations, including airports, meetings, and personal engagements.
- Plan optimal routes considering traffic, road conditions, and security protocols to ensure timely arrivals.
- Maintain the cleanliness, mechanical integrity, and overall appearance of assigned executive vehicles.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Provide discreet and professional service, respecting client privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Assist executives with luggage and personal belongings as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Respond effectively to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, always prioritizing passenger safety.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in executive transportation, chauffeur services, or high-level security driving.
- Advanced defensive driving skills.
- Strong geographical knowledge of Des Moines and surrounding areas.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
- Executive protection training or certification.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Experience with armored vehicles.
- Proficiency in using GPS and navigation software.
- Prior experience serving high-net-worth individuals or corporate executives.
