Job Description
Are you outgoing, energetic, and love connecting with people? The Greensboro Coliseum Complex is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our event staff team, specifically focusing on high school-related events! This is a fantastic opportunity for social people to engage with students, faculty, and families, ensuring smooth and memorable events. You’ll play a crucial role in creating a positive atmosphere and assisting attendees.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with high school students, faculty, and event attendees in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Provide directions, answer questions, and offer assistance to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed, including signage and information booths.
- Monitor designated areas to maintain safety and order during events.
- Distribute informational materials or promotional items.
- Work collaboratively with event coordinators and fellow team members.
- Address minor issues or escalate significant concerns to appropriate management.
