Job Description
Are you an engaging, enthusiastic, and professional individual with a passion for creating impactful first impressions? Freeman is seeking a dedicated Exhibition Hostess to represent our clients at professional trade shows and events across various industries. This role requires extensive travel and offers a unique opportunity to interact with diverse audiences, showcase leading brands, and contribute to successful event outcomes. You will be the face of our clients, responsible for welcoming attendees, providing information, and facilitating meaningful connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage proactively and professionally with trade show attendees and potential clients.
- Accurately represent client brands, products, and services with enthusiasm and expert knowledge.
- Distribute marketing materials and collect attendee information for lead generation.
- Assist with event registration, crowd management, and general booth operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with client teams and other event staff.
- Travel extensively to various trade show locations across the country.
- Adhere to event schedules and client directives.
Required Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to learn quickly and retain product/service information.
- High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with extensive domestic travel (up to 75%).

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as an exhibition hostess, brand ambassador, or in a similar promotional role.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or event coordination.
- Familiarity with CRM software or lead capture technologies.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
