Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Car Window Squeegee Specialist to join our mobile fleet care team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing top-tier window cleaning services for a diverse range of fleet vehicles across various client sites in and around Watford, Hertfordshire. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining our high standards of service excellence. You will be a key part of ensuring our clients’ vehicle fleets are impeccably clean and presentable.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to various client locations within the designated service area using a company-provided vehicle.
- Perform thorough and streak-free window cleaning on fleet cars, vans, and other commercial vehicles.
- Inspect windows for dirt, grime, and water spots, ensuring all surfaces are pristine.
- Maintain and clean all squeegee equipment, buckets, and cleaning solutions regularly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines during operation.
- Report any vehicle damage or additional cleaning needs observed during service.
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid UK driving license with a clean record.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical fitness, including the ability to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in vehicle valeting, cleaning, or a similar service-oriented role.
- Familiarity with various cleaning products and techniques.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance or inspection procedures.
