Job Description
Are you a motivated 16-year-old looking for an exciting opportunity to earn great pay while contributing to a vital team? King Soopers in Boulder, CO, is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teen Shelf Stockers for our Night Replenishment team. This is a fantastic entry-level position that offers high pay for your commitment to ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and ready for our customers each morning. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining product availability and store appearance, working during overnight hours when the store is closed to customers, allowing for focused and efficient work. We value hard work, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently stock shelves with new merchandise, ensuring products are faced and organized.
- Rotate products according to company standards to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
- Unload deliveries and transport products from the backroom to the sales floor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including aisles and storage areas.
- Operate stocking equipment safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Capability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
