Job Description
Are you detail-oriented with a keen eye for effective online shopping experiences? TELUS International is looking for an E-commerce Experience Rater to evaluate and improve the quality of online retail platforms and product information. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home, and does not involve any phone calls. You will be instrumental in ensuring a high-quality user experience for e-commerce sites by providing detailed feedback on product listings, search results, and overall navigation. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate e-commerce websites and platforms based on specific guidelines.
- Assess the relevance, accuracy, and quality of product listings and descriptions.
- Analyze search results for various e-commerce queries and provide feedback.
- Identify and report inconsistencies, errors, or areas for improvement in online shopping experiences.
- Provide clear, concise, and constructive written feedback.
