Job Description
As a Remote Scheduling Assistant with a primary focus on Appointment Setting, you will play a pivotal role in our sales and business development efforts. This is a 100% remote position where you will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and proactively set appointments for our sales and account management teams. You will be instrumental in engaging with prospects and clients across various communication channels, ensuring a seamless and efficient scheduling process. Your exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail will be key to maintaining high productivity and directly supporting our revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars for multiple team members, optimizing for efficiency and availability.
- Proactively reach out to prospects and leads via email, phone, and professional networking sites to schedule discovery calls and appointments.
- Confirm scheduled appointments and send timely reminders to minimize no-show rates.
- Coordinate all meeting logistics, including generating virtual meeting links and preparing necessary pre-meeting materials.
- Respond to scheduling inquiries and resolve calendar conflicts promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all scheduling activities within our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine and optimize scheduling strategies and outreach methods.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or scheduling role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with calendar management software (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar).
- Strong organizational skills and an acute attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a 100% remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
