Job Description
We are seeking an articulate and polished Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our luxury dealership. This pivotal role is responsible for creating an exceptional first impression for all clients, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience from their initial contact. The ideal candidate will embody professionalism, possess impeccable communication skills, and demonstrate a keen eye for detail, contributing to our brand’s reputation for luxury and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently, providing accurate information and transferring to appropriate departments.
- Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
- Maintain the reception area, lobby, and showroom to impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Assist with scheduling appointments for sales, service, and financing departments.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Handle client requests and resolve issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Uphold the brand's image and values in all interactions and communications.
- Assist with special events and client hospitality as needed.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a reception, administrative, or customer service role, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
