Job Description
KPMG is seeking a dedicated and articulate Remote Student Liaison to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with university students, fostering engagement, and serving as a primary point of contact for inquiries and support related to KPMG’s student programs and career opportunities. This professional written role emphasizes exceptional communication skills, particularly in written correspondence, content creation, and digital outreach. You will play a crucial part in enhancing the student experience and strengthening KPMG’s brand presence within academic communities, all from a fully remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to engage students through various digital channels, including email, social media, and online forums.
- Serve as the primary remote point of contact for student inquiries, providing timely, accurate, and professional responses regarding KPMG programs, events, and career pathways.
- Create compelling written content for student newsletters, program announcements, website updates, and social media posts that resonate with target student demographics.
- Collaborate with recruitment and talent acquisition teams to ensure consistent messaging and support for student-focused initiatives.
- Organize and facilitate virtual information sessions, workshops, and career fairs, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for student participants.
- Collect and analyze student feedback to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance student engagement and program effectiveness.
- Maintain detailed records of student interactions, communications, and program participation using CRM and other relevant tools.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging professional content.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in student affairs, university relations, recruitment, or a related field requiring extensive written communication.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing, social media management, virtual event platforms).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Education, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
