Job Description
Target in Wesley Chapel is looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Retail Greeters for the upcoming holiday peak period. This temporary role is crucial in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests as they enter our store. You will be the first point of contact, setting the tone for their shopping experience during the busiest time of the year. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all guests with a friendly smile and positive attitude upon their arrival.
- Provide clear and concise directions to departments, restrooms, and customer service areas.
- Assist guests with basic inquiries and connect them with appropriate team members for further assistance.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming entrance area, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Offer shopping carts or baskets and help guests navigate store entry and exit.
- Support store security initiatives by observing and reporting unusual activity.
- Embody Target's commitment to guest service by anticipating needs and offering proactive help.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the store entrance.
