Job Description

You’ll be responsible for the timely and accurate distribution of promotional flyers and leaflets to residential and commercial areas, ensuring our customers are well-informed about what Publix has to offer. This role offers flexible weekend hours, making it perfect for students, retirees, or anyone looking to supplement their income while getting some exercise.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently distribute promotional leaflets, flyers, and other marketing materials to designated areas.
- Follow specified distribution routes and schedules.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while representing Publix in the community.
- Adhere to all local regulations and company policies regarding leaflet distribution.
- Report any issues or challenges encountered during distribution to the supervisor.
- Manage and track inventory of distribution materials.
Required Skills
- Ability to walk for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Strong sense of direction and ability to follow maps/routes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to carry a distribution bag weighing up to 15-20 lbs.
- Access to reliable transportation to pick up materials.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in distribution, delivery, or a similar outdoor role.
- Familiarity with the New Port Richey local area.
